1. Privacy at a glance
General information
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our privacy policy set out below this text.
Data collection on this website
Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?
The data on this website is processed by the website operator. You can find the operator’s contact details in the section “Note on the responsible party” in this privacy policy.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data that you enter in a contact form.
Other data is collected automatically or after your consent by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. web browser, operating system or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of data protection.
Analytics tools and third-party tools
We count which pages are viewed – with Matomo on our own server in Germany. Without your consent, we do so without cookies and without device characteristics from your browser (basic statistics); with your consent, Matomo additionally sets cookies and records device data and load times (analytics with cookies). Details can be found under “Analytics tools”; you can change your choice at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer of every page.
2. Hosting and content delivery network
Hetzner
We host the content of our website with the following provider: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen (hereinafter Hetzner).
For details, please refer to Hetzner’s privacy policy: https://www.hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Hetzner is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably as possible. If corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) for the use of the above-mentioned service. This is a contract required by data protection law which ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Cloudflare
We use the content delivery network (CDN) and the security services of Cloudflare. The provider is Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (hereinafter Cloudflare). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cloudflare offers a globally distributed content delivery network with DNS. Technically, the transfer of information between your browser and our website is routed through Cloudflare’s network. This enables Cloudflare to analyze the data traffic between users and our website, for example in order to detect and fend off attacks on our services. Cloudflare may also use cookies or other recognition technologies for this, which, however, are used exclusively for the purpose described here.
The use of Cloudflare is based on our legitimate interest in providing our website as error-free and securely as possible (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For details, please refer to Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is furthermore a participant in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and undertakes to comply with the requirements of the GDPR.
3. General information and mandatory information

When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data that can be used to identify you personally. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Note on the responsible party
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Ayonto UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Siegfriedstr. 49–60
10365 Berlin
Phone: +49 (0) 30 232 55 74 90
Email: ot.noya@lagel
The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses, etc.).
Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be deleted once these reasons cease to apply.
General information on the legal basis for data processing on this website
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR if special categories of data are processed pursuant to Art. 9(1) GDPR. In the case of express consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, the data processing is also based on Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your terminal device (e.g. via device fingerprinting), the data processing is additionally based on Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time. If your data is required to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data if it is required to fulfill a legal obligation on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information on the relevant legal basis in each individual case is provided in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.
Recipients of personal data
In the course of our business activities, we work with various external parties. In some cases, this also requires the transfer of personal data to these external parties. We only pass on personal data to external parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. disclosure of data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or if another legal basis permits the disclosure of data. When using processors, we only pass on our customers’ personal data on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement is concluded.
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
IF THE DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. THE RESPECTIVE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH A PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(1) GDPR).
IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(2) GDPR).
Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.
The supervisory authority responsible for us is:
Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information)
Alt-Moabit 59–61
10555 Berlin
https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Information, correction and deletion
Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us about this at any time. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:
If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored by us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR, your interests and ours must be weighed against each other. As long as it has not yet been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data – apart from its storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a member state.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Objection to promotional emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published in connection with the legal notice obligation for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example by spam emails.
4. Data collection on this website
Cookies
Cookies only with your consent. Without your consent, this website sets no cookies – neither tracking nor advertising nor third-party cookies – and our basic statistics do not read any device characteristics (see section “Analytics tools”). Only if you agree to analytics with cookies in the “Privacy settings” box does Matomo set the cookies listed there and under “Analytics tools”. The chat does not set any cookies – only with your first message does it store an identifier in local storage (see below).
Your choice of language and color scheme: If you actively choose a language or color scheme using the switch, your browser stores only this choice (e.g. “en” or “dark”) in the local storage of your device (localStorage) so that it also applies on later visits and in other open windows – it is not transmitted to us and remains stored until you delete it in your browser or choose your device’s setting again. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary for the function you expressly requested.
Loading screen: So that the loading screen does not appear again on every page view, your browser remembers in its session storage (sessionStorage) that it has already been shown in this tab. This entry contains no personal data, is not transmitted to us and is deleted automatically when you close the tab. The legal basis is also Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.
Chat: With your first message in the chat – a notice in the chat window says so beforehand – your browser stores an identifier of your conversation in local storage (localStorage) under “ayonto:chat”, so that you can find the history on a later visit and see new replies. The identifier is signed and contains no messages and no information about you; your browser does not store your name or email address. The identifier is discarded 12 months after the conversation started; you can remove it at any time in the chat window via “Clear history in this browser”. The legal basis is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary for the chat you started. The chat does not set any cookies.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases or exclude them in general. All functions of the website remain fully available.
Privacy settings
On your first visit, a box asks whether you agree to analytics with cookies (“Accept”) or not (“Reject”). Both options are equivalent; without a decision, only the basic statistics without cookies apply, and the website remains fully usable. Via “Privacy settings” in the footer of every page, you can reopen the box at any time and withdraw your consent with effect for the future. Here you can see the current status and object to the basic statistics.
Analytics with cookies: …
Basic statistics: …
Your browser stores your choice in the local storage of your device (localStorage, entry “ayonto:consent” with your decision, its time and the version of the box), so that it applies on all pages, in all windows and on later visits. The entry itself stays in your browser; for proof, we additionally store your decision on our server (see below). After 12 months – or if purposes, recipients or storage periods change – we ask again. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary for the setting you chose.
Proof of your decision: So that we can demonstrate consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR), we store every decision in the box – consent, rejection and withdrawal – on our server in Germany: a random consent ID (it is also stored in your browser and shown above with your settings), your decision, the version of the box with a fingerprint of the texts shown, the time, the language and the page on which you decided – without your IP address and without your browser identifier. We delete the entries automatically after 3 years. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR. With your consent ID, you can request information about your entries.
If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signal, we treat it as a no: the box does not appear on its own, and the basic statistics do not count you. The basic statistics also respect “Do Not Track”.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the optimization of its website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
The server log files are created anew every day and deleted automatically after 14 days.
Security reports from your browser: If your browser blocks something on our website that our security rules (Content Security Policy) do not allow – such as a third-party script – it automatically reports this to our server. We only record the type of rule, the blocked address, the affected page and the triggering file, without your IP address and without your browser identifier; the entries are overwritten with our server’s log, at the latest with the next update of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Chat (Chatwoot – on our own server)
For the chat on this website, we use the open-source software Chatwoot (Community Edition) on our own server in Germany (nexus.ayon.to). The chat window is part of this website: your browser only connects to ayon.to, and our server forwards your messages to Chatwoot and fetches our team’s replies. No data is passed on to third parties or external chat services.
When you use the chat, the following data is processed: your name and email address (required before your first message, so that we can reply – also by email if you are no longer on the page), your messages and anything you state in them yourself, the time, the language of the page and the page on which you started the chat (without parameters). If you have contacted us before with the same email address, we assign the conversation to your existing contact details. Chatwoot receives neither your IP address nor information about your browser or device. Our server uses your IP address only to limit misuse (e.g. at most five new conversations per hour); for this, it keeps it in memory for at most one hour and does not pass it on. For the server log files, see there. Before your first message, your browser solves a small computing task as spam protection – as with the contact form, without any data about you.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication and in protection against misuse).
So that you can find the history again, your browser stores an identifier of the conversation (see “Cookies”). The chat histories remain with us until you ask us to delete them or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies – even if you delete the identifier in your browser. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Sending and mailbox: We send your inquiry by email to our mailbox. For sending, we use Mailgun (Mailgun Technologies, Inc., 112 E Pecan St. #1135, San Antonio, TX 78205, USA) with servers in the EU; our mailboxes are hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Both process the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). For possible transfers to the USA, Mailgun and Google are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. If you choose “Send a copy to my email address”, we send you a copy of your inquiry the same way. To prevent the copy from being misused to send emails to others, we send at most one copy per day to the same address; for this purpose, we store an irreversible key of the address in the server’s memory for 24 hours.
Spam protection: Your browser and our server check whether the form was filled in by a person – without third-party services, without cookies and without a CAPTCHA: your browser solves a small computing task that our server sets and verifies; in addition, we consider the time taken, whether any input happens at all, and check the text for typical signs of spam. Only the results of this check are transmitted, no movements. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG and our legitimate interest in a form without spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if this has been requested; consent can be revoked at any time.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Inquiries by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your inquiry including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Emails to us are stored in our mailboxes at Google Workspace (see “Contact form”).
The data you send to us via contact inquiries will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
Contact via WhatsApp
You can also message us on WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business). The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. On our website and our digital business cards, there is only a link for this – WhatsApp is only opened when you click it.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we process your phone number, your WhatsApp name, depending on your settings your profile picture and your about info, as well as the content of your messages and attachments in order to handle your request. Messages are end-to-end encrypted. However, WhatsApp receives further data, such as the time of messages and device and connection data (e.g. IP address), and also transfers data to WhatsApp LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; WhatsApp additionally uses standard contractual clauses. Details can be found in WhatsApp’s privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to take pre-contractual measures; in all other cases, our legitimate interest in handling your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Whether you use WhatsApp is up to you: you can reach us just as well via the contact form.
Your messages remain with us until you ask us to delete them or the purpose no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
5. Analytics tools
Matomo – basic statistics without consent
For statistics, we use the open-source software Matomo on our own server (track.ayon.to) in Germany. Without your consent, no analytics script runs in your browser for this, and no device characteristics are read. The page only reports to our server what belongs to the page itself:
- which page you open (address and title) and – on entry – which page you came from (without parameters), plus campaign parameters from the address (e.g. utm_source)
- clicks on links to other websites (without parameters) and downloads
- whether you sent the contact form (with the selected topic, without your details), started the chat or calculated a route with the route planner (only the mode of travel, without the address)
- when you use this website’s search: the search term, the number of results and whether you searched in the search window or on the results page – your browser replaces email addresses and longer numbers with placeholders beforehand
- when you leave a page – this gives the time spent on it
This also applies to our digital business cards (ayon.to/‹first name›): there, the page view, “Save contact” and clicks on links to other websites, e.g. to WhatsApp (without parameters), are counted.
Our server adds what every request contains anyway: your browser’s identifier including the basic details many browsers send on their own (“client hints”: browser, platform, mobile device), your language setting and your IP address.
IP shortening: Before the data goes to Matomo, our server shortens your IP address (IPv4: by the last byte, IPv6: to the first 48 bits). Matomo derives the approximate location from it and stores the address only with its first byte (e.g. 192.x.x.x). The transmission to Matomo runs via our service provider Cloudflare (see “Hosting and content delivery network”).
Without cookies and without recognition: No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device for statistics. So that the page views of one visit belong together, our server forms an identifier from the IP address, the browser identifier and a random value that changes daily. Recognition beyond that day is therefore not possible.
Storage period: Matomo deletes individual visits (raw data) after 180 days. After that, only aggregated reports without reference to individual visits remain.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimizing audience measurement to improve our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Objection: You can object to the basic statistics at any time – with “Turn off basic statistics” under “Privacy settings” (see above) or in the details of the box that the link in the footer of every page opens. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, we do not count you either. If you have agreed to analytics with cookies (below), it replaces the basic statistics.
6. Plugins and tools
Google Fonts (local hosting)
For the uniform display of fonts, this site uses so-called Google Fonts, which are provided by Google. The Google Fonts are installed locally. No connection to Google servers is established.
Further information on Google Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
Map on the contact page (our own map server tileco.re)
On the contact page, we show our location on a map. The map data – map style, map tiles, fonts and symbols based on OpenStreetMap – comes from our own map server, tileco.re. The program that draws the map in your browser (MapLibre) is delivered from this website. The map only loads when you scroll to it.
For technical reasons, your browser transmits your IP address and the information listed under “Server log files” to tileco.re. The map server runs on the same server as this website in Germany (hosting: Hetzner) and is delivered via Cloudflare (see “Hosting and content delivery network”). Third-party map services such as Google Maps are not involved; the map does not set any cookies.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in showing our location clearly without passing data on to third-party map services. Like those of this website, the map server’s log files are deleted after 14 days.
Route planner on the contact page
On the contact page, you can display the route from an address of your choice to our office (by car, by bike or on foot). Only when you select “Show route” does your browser send the address you entered and the mode of travel to our server. Our server determines the coordinates via the Nominatim service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom) and the route via the routing server of FOSSGIS e.V. (Bundesallee 23, 10717 Berlin, Germany). Both services receive the address or the coordinates of the start and destination, but not your IP address – the requests are made by our server. For the United Kingdom, there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).
Entering an address is voluntary; without one, we cannot show a route. We do not store the address and do not write it to our server log files; in our analytics, we only count that a route was calculated and the mode of travel (see “Analytics tools”). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in showing you the way to us at your request. Nominatim and FOSSGIS process the data under their own responsibility; how is described in the privacy policies of the OpenStreetMap Foundation: https://osmfoundation.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy and of FOSSGIS e.V. (German): https://www.fossgis.de/datenschutzerklärung.
The map then shows the area around start and destination. Your browser loads these map tiles from our map server tileco.re like the rest of the map (see “Map on the contact page”); your IP address is transmitted, the start address itself is not.
7. External services
Google Meet
For communication with our customers, we use, among other things, the video conferencing service Google Meet. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Meet is not offered as a public service on this website, but is used exclusively for internal customer communication.
If you communicate with us by video conference via Google Meet, your personal data is collected and processed by us and Google. This includes in particular your email address, IP address, device and connection data and the duration of the conference.
Google Meet is used on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication). The data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
For details on data processing, please refer to Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
Google Drive
We use Google Drive exclusively within the framework of existing customer contracts if the customer has no other way of providing us with files. Google Drive is not integrated as a public service on this website, and no connection to Google Drive is established when you visit the website.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. If files are exchanged via Google Drive within the scope of the customer relationship, personal data (e.g. file contents, email address, IP address) is transmitted to Google.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). The data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
For details on data processing, please refer to Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en.
